Octavo (146×90mm). [2], 44, [1 leaves]. Woodcut historiated initial on verso of last leaf. Nineteenth-century half vellum binding, lettering piece with title on spine. Title-page lightly soiled, small stain at the last leaf. Provenance: the Austrian collector Franz Pollack von Parnau (1903–81; ex-libris); Livio Ambrogio (ex-libris). A good copy.

A rare and early edition of the poetic work of Cino da Pistoia (c. 1270–1336/37). A contemporary and friend of Dante's, Cino is recognised as one of the most important Tuscan poets of the Dolce Stil Novo, and influenced Petrarch.
